IT Manager
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the management, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization while leading a team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Support Team, ensuring skill development and efficient IT operations
- Develop and implement IT policies, security measures, and best practices across the organization
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively to support business needs
- Oversee the monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco switches for VLAN, routing, and switching
- Manage Cisco wireless controllers, access points, and Fortinet firewalls, including IPSec VPNs and site-to-site VPNs
- Conduct security assessments and implement data protection measures, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and other regulatory standards
- Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security systems
- Provide high-level IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network-related issues
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Implement and maintain network security through firewalls, UTM, IPS/IDS, ACS, and VPN technologies
- Manage IT ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and high user satisfaction
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and policies for system optimization
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification
- CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet Certified Expert certification preferred
- Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and desktop support
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor IT staff
- Expertise in network security, troubleshooting, and Cisco/Fortinet product management
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security solutions
- Strong project management experience, including the implementation of IT infrastructure improvements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders
