We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Technical Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is available on a full-time or contract basis and requires proven expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x technical development, ADF, OBIEE, and related Oracle tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver full-cycle technical development and support for Oracle EBS and integrated systems
* Design, code, test, and deploy solutions using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Java, ADF, BI Publisher, OAF, OBIEE, Web ADI, AME, and Workflow Builder
* Build and maintain XML and BI Publisher reports, alerts, and dashboards
* Analyze user requirements and design custom technical solutions
* Collaborate with functional consultants and internal IS teams for end-to-end solution delivery
* Conduct peer code and design reviews for quality control
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a structured change management environment
* Adhere to ITSM policies for ticketing, change, and release management
* Raise and manage Oracle SRs for support and enhancement tracking
* Support OBIEE dashboard/report development and ADF application maintenance
* Maintain technical documentation including specifications, configuration records, and deployment guides

Job Requirements

Education

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of technical development experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x
* At least 5 years of Oracle ADF development experience
* Hands-on experience with OBIEE report development
* Solid background in building solutions using Oracle technologies such as PL/SQL, Java, Forms, Reports, OAF, ADF, Workflow, and BI Publisher
* Proven experience integrating web services using both SOAP and REST protocols
* Strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to support end users and manage Oracle Support interactions
* Skilled in multitasking and delivering under tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

* Oracle Java certifications (J2EE, J2SE)
* Familiarity with Oracle Fusion environments
* Knowledge of MVC design patterns and scalable application architecture
