Charterhouse is working with an International Boutique Law Firm. Our client is looking to hire a Junior Legal Associate, to be based in Dubai. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Legal Associate to join a dynamic and growing team in Dubai. This role will provide support to experienced partners on matters related to Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate, Banking and Finance. The Junior Legal Associate will be working on multi-jurisdictional matters with their European offices, and therefore someone with European transactional experience would be preferred.
Additionally, this role will partake in conducting research and overseeing local changes in applicable laws and regulations, foreseeing any potential risk, and communicating and implementing relevant legal documents accordingly.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master degree in Law and established knowledge of general advocacy processes. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is mandatory for this role. Our client has a preference for either civil law or common law qualified candidates with 3+ years of experience.
