Arab Solutions is hiring a Project Scheduler for EPIC projects based in Doha, Qatar. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in Primavera P6 and marine or oil and gas project environments. You will play a vital role in aligning engineering, procurement, and construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
* Identify critical paths, milestones, and scheduling risks across EPIC project phases
* Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect changes and mitigate delays
* Prepare manpower histograms and coordinate resource allocation with internal teams
* Align procurement timelines with project milestones and resolve delivery constraints
* Track key material deliveries and collaborate with procurement to prevent bottlenecks
* Identify schedule-related risks and assist in developing mitigation or recovery plans
* Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims when necessary
* Provide regular project updates and scheduling reports to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent

Experience:

* Minimum 4 to 6 years in planning or scheduling of EPIC projects
* Prior experience in oil and gas or marine industries preferred

Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
* Experience with Oracle ERP systems is a plus

Certifications:

* PMP, PRINCE2, or any relevant project management certification preferred

Other:

* Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
* Experience working in GCC or European project environments is desirable
