What Does a Sales Manager in Digital Services Do?
In this role, you will drive new business opportunities by promoting our digital services and retail media packages to clients across key Middle Eastern markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the Head of Sales to develop strategies, close deals, and help clients maximize their platform presence.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Identify potential clients and pitch tailored digital media solutions
- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Build long-term client relationships through value-driven engagement
- Provide after-sales support to ensure successful service activation and satisfaction
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to inform strategy
- Work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate periodic performance reports
What Skills Are Needed for a Sales Manager in Digital Media?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in digital services, retail media, or advertising
- Familiarity with digital marketplaces and platform-based business models
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Skilled in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
- Market knowledge of UAE, Egypt, and KSA is a plus
