You’ll work closely with financial audit teams, manage large datasets, and use modern tools like SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau to identify audit insights, anomalies, and patterns. Your role also includes mentoring junior staff and helping shape the future of audit analytics at Deloitte.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead audit analytics initiatives and manage data-driven procedures
- Analyze client processes, controls, and datasets to deliver value-added insights
- Collaborate with financial audit teams to align findings with audit objectives
- Review analytical procedures and results for accuracy and consistency
- Supervise junior team members, ensuring quality performance and growth
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Apply BI visualization tools for reporting trends and anomalies

What Skills Are Needed for an Audit Analytics Assistant Manager in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree or certification in Data Analytics or Data Science is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using SQL and/or Python
- Strong experience with data extraction, custom queries, and data processing
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Prior exposure to financial audit methods and business process controls
