What Does an Experienced Associate in Audit & Assurance Do?
As an Experienced Associate in Audit & Assurance, you will support audit engagements by performing risk assessments, evaluating financial statements, and applying global audit standards. You’ll work closely with senior professionals to ensure audit quality and contribute to delivering timely, informative outputs to clients.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Conduct risk assessment procedures to identify potential misstatements
- Apply international and local accounting standards relevant to client engagements
- Deliver high-quality audits using Deloitte’s global methodology and tools
- Formulate judgments and conclusions backed by thorough documentation
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, laws, ethical guidelines, and quality controls
- Collaborate with engagement teams and maintain strong working relationships

What Skills Are Needed for an Experienced Associate in Dubai?
Education & Background:
- Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.3
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with financial reporting, risk assessment, and audit procedures
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
