What Does an Associate Manager – Learning & Development Do?
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering learning initiatives that improve employee performance and align with organizational goals. The position supports the L&D Manager in building and executing effective training strategies and programs for various departments.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Analyze training needs across business units and align them with performance assessments
- Design and roll out a yearly training strategy and calendar
- Source and recommend effective training methods tailored to organizational needs
- Coordinate with training vendors and track performance against business expectations
- Deliver onboarding sessions and organize on-the-job learning for new employees
- Develop multimedia materials, manuals, and visual aids to support training delivery
- Collect and assess feedback from training participants to improve future sessions
What Skills Are Required for a Learning and Development Role in Cairo?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience:
- At least 4 years of HR experience, including 3 years focused on Learning and Development
- Proven experience in delivering in-person and virtual training sessions
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong analytical and planning abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
