- Manage and monitor overdue accounts from property owners within the Owners Association
- Send professional payment reminders via calls, emails, and letters
- Reconcile accounts receivable and address billing discrepancies
- Process incoming payments and ensure proper allocation
- Maintain communication records and report collection status to management
- Escalate unresolved accounts for legal action where necessary
- Provide courteous support to owners regarding payment-related inquiries
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Follow up diligently on outstanding dues from owners
- Work closely with the finance team for accurate account tracking
- Reconcile and resolve billing issues and ensure accurate payment application
- Maintain compliance with internal collection policies and UAE regulations
