Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify landscape needs and opportunities
- Develop detailed landscape plans, specifications, and cost estimates for new and existing projects
- Select suitable plant materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems to enhance community aesthetics and sustainability
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring compliance with approved designs and specifications
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and sustainable landscaping practices
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with community management teams to enhance the overall resident experience through well-maintained green spaces
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design and project management
- Proficiency in landscape design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Strong knowledge of horticultural principles, plant selection, and irrigation system design
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address landscape challenges
