What Does an Investment and Land Opportunity Manager Do?
As Investment and Land Opportunity Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning to identify and assess new land investment prospects. Your role will influence Azizi’s expansion into key development zones and support data-driven decisions to maximize returns and manage project risks effectively.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Scout and assess land opportunities aligned with Azizi Developments’ vision
- Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, financial due diligence, and ROI analysis for real estate development projects
- Build dynamic financial models to project development costs, revenue streams, risks, and profitability
- Collaborate with internal planning, operations, and design teams to validate the financial soundness of land acquisitions
- Interpret market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive benchmarks to guide strategic land banking
- Evaluate international development zones and new territories for potential land deals
- Present financial reports, land value forecasts, and investment proposals to senior leadership
- Refine financial tools and research methods for improved precision and strategic decision-making
What Skills Are Needed for This Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 8–10 years in land acquisition, project finance, real estate investment, or related roles
- Proven success in managing the financial and strategic components of large-scale real estate projects
- Prior experience in consultancy, real estate development, or large infrastructure projects is desirable
Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and feasibility analysis
- Proficient in Excel, market research platforms, and real estate project evaluation software
- Understanding of land valuation methodologies and regulatory frameworks in the UAE
