Job Overview

The Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant / Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Azizi’s prestigious luxury developments by leveraging their strong network of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and luxury investors. The role demands exceptional client management, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai’s luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of ultra HNI clients and investors for Azizi\'s luxury properties
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate high-quality business proposals tailored to UHNWI needs
- Conduct market research and property presentations to attract luxury investors
- Advise ultra HNI clients on property investment opportunities, portfolio structuring, and strategic acquisitions
- Maintain and grow an extensive personal network of luxury buyers, family offices, and real estate investment firms
- Coordinate and attend property tours, luxury events, exhibitions, and investor roadshows to promote Azizi’s premium properties
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client relationship management
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns targeting the ultra luxury segment

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling ultra-luxury real estate in the UAE
- Established network and strong connections with ultra HNI clients and top-tier real estate agencies specializing in luxury properties
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding luxury sales targets

Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication, client presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s luxury real estate market, regulations, and investment trends
- Highly professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics
