As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager at Azizi, you will be responsible for representing iconic properties such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and the waterfront masterpiece Azizi Venice. Your primary goal will be to close high-value property deals with ultra HNI clients and investors, while offering personalized, premium service that reflects our brand’s prestige.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Generate qualified leads and maintain strong relationships with ultra HNI clients and investors
- Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals to high-profile individuals and corporate entities
- Promote and market high-end real estate units and residential floors to attract potential investors
- Offer tailored investment recommendations to suit the financial goals and preferences of elite clientele
- Attend and represent the company at luxury property events, launches, seminars, and exhibitions
- Conduct personalized Dubai property tours for potential investors and buyers
- Collaborate with partner real estate agencies and maintain strong working relationships
- Handle inquiries related to sales, re-sales, property valuations, and premium services
- Ensure an exceptional customer service experience that enhances the brand and leads to repeat business
What Skills Are Needed for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Career in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in selling ultra-luxury properties in the UAE
- Established database and personal network of UHNWIs, celebrities, business tycoons, and global investors
- Experience in high-value property negotiations and luxury client management
