Operations Executive – Mall Security & Facility Management | Cairo, Egypt
We are hiring an experienced Operations Executive to oversee mall operations, security coordination, and facility management at a major commercial property in Cairo, Egypt. This role is critical to maintaining safety, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction within a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily mall operations including security, maintenance, and housekeeping to ensure smooth functioning.
Respond to tenant requests regarding material deliveries, renovations, visual displays, and stock checks.
Support the preparation and implementation of the annual mall security and risk management plan.
Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to mall infrastructure and upgrades.
Enforce safety protocols, manage emergency plans, and ensure traffic flow during peak hours.
Liaise with tenants on operational issues and resolve them efficiently.
Deliver prompt customer service and manage feedback or concerns.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, mall policies, and safety standards.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Certification in fire safety, emergency drills, or basic first aid is an advantage
Experience
2–5 years’ experience in mall operations or security management within retail or commercial properties
Familiarity with safety protocols, emergency handling, and vendor coordination
Skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage fast-paced environments and coordinate with cross-functional teams
