Owners Association Manager – Real Estate Community Operations
Azizi Developments is looking to hire a highly skilled Owners Association Manager to lead and oversee Owners Association (OA) operations in full compliance with Dubai’s Jointly Owned Property Law. This role is central to ensuring smooth site operations, financial governance, community management, and stakeholder engagement across Azizi\'s prestigious developments.

What Does an Owners Association Manager Do?
- Ensure full legal compliance with Jointly Owned Property Law in Dubai
- Oversee the formation, registration, and day-to-day management of Owners Associations
- Manage relationships with OA Board Members, homeowners, and residents
- Supervise OA site operations, finance, governance, and documentation
- Handle contracts, insurance, common areas, and external vendors
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Register and form Owners Associations in accordance with Dubai regulations
- Prepare and implement community rules, policies, declarations, and legal documents
- Organize Annual General Assemblies (AGAs) and Board meetings
- Oversee OA budgets, financial statements, and insurance claims
- Supervise common area maintenance including landscaping, facilities, and building services
- Act as the liaison between the OA and relevant government authorities
- Ensure timely communications and reporting with stakeholders
- Manage internal OA support staff including Coordinators, Supervisors, and Site Inspectors
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is in line with Association Constitution
- Review vendor contracts and ensure service quality from suppliers and facility managers
What Skills Are Needed for an Owners Association Manager in Dubai?
Education & Certification:
- M100 Certification is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Experience:
- Proven experience managing Owners Associations in Dubai or the UAE
- Deep knowledge of jointly owned property laws and community governance
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience managing service providers and community infrastructure
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in preparing AGMs, Board reports, and official correspondence
