What Does a Personal Assistant Do?
As a Personal Assistant at Azizi Developments, you will play a vital role in managing the General Manager’s daily schedule, travel plans, communications, and executive tasks. You will act as a trusted liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring discretion and efficiency.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel
- Handle confidential communications, including emails, reports, and internal memos
- Prepare professional presentations, meeting materials, and executive reports
- Support coordination across internal departments and external contacts
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
- Provide daily administrative assistance and support for operational needs
- Assist in project tracking, deadline follow-ups, and task prioritization
What Skills Are Needed for a Personal Assistant Role in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a PA/EA role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting
- Mandatory background in hospitality or customer-facing executive support
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
