Job Overview

The Real Estate Agency Manager will build, manage, and enhance partnerships with real estate agencies operating within Canada, driving property sales and reinforcing Azizi’s presence among Canadian investors and buyers. This role demands a strong understanding of the Canadian real estate market and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training, presentations, and sales support tools to agents and real estate firms about Azizi Developments’ projects
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with agency partners to maximize loyalty and increase sales opportunities
- Act as the main liaison for all matters related to assigned agencies in the Canadian market
- Organize and coordinate sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows in Canada targeting property investors
- Conduct detailed market research and share insights on Canadian buyer behavior, trends, and opportunities
- Resolve issues faced by agency partners, escalating complex matters as needed
- Regularly monitor, evaluate, and report on agency partner performance and engagement levels

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing agency relationships or real estate sales partnerships
- Prior experience working with or selling to the Canadian real estate market is essential

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Canadian real estate industry trends and client expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
