Real Estate Agency Manager – German Speaker
Azizi Developments, a premier Dubai-based real estate developer, is seeking a German-speaking Real Estate Agency Manager to strengthen our international agency partnerships and expand our presence in German-speaking markets. Job Overview
The Real Estate Agency Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships with real estate agencies in the UAE and German-speaking countries. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, attracting international investors, and enhancing Azizi’s global brand positioning through professional agency engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions, marketing presentations, and sales tools to partner agents and real estate firms about Azizi Developments’ offerings
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with agency partners to foster loyalty and increased sales
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters concerning assigned agents and real estate companies
- Plan and organize sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows in German-speaking regions
- Conduct regular market research and provide insights on property trends and buyer behavior
- Address operational issues, disputes, and ensure quick resolution with escalation when necessary
- Track and report on agency performance and market engagement to senior management
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and project teams to align international agency strategies
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing agency relationships or business development, preferably in the real estate sector
- Experience in international property sales or exposure to German-speaking markets is highly preferred
Skills:
- Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of UAE luxury real estate market trends is an advantage
