Job Overview
The Real Estate Agency Manager will be responsible for cultivating and managing strong partnerships with real estate agencies both in the UAE and internationally, with a specific focus on the Latin American market. This role will drive agency engagement, deliver sales training, support marketing efforts, and ensure smooth operational coordination with external partners to enhance Azizi’s brand presence and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, marketing support, and property presentations to potential agents and real estate companies about Azizi Developments’ portfolio
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agency partners, ensuring continued loyalty and business development
- Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to agency partners within the designated region
- Organize, coordinate, and execute sales events and exhibitions targeted at Latin American investors
- Conduct regular market research and provide insights on market conditions and client preferences
- Address and resolve disputes, operational issues, and escalate critical matters to management when necessary
- Monitor, track, and report on the performance and activities of agency partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized marketing initiatives for agency engagement
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role managing real estate agents and brokerage firms, preferably with exposure to the Latin American real estate market
- Solid understanding of the UAE real estate sector, particularly in luxury developments
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Latin American real estate market and investor behavior
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
