Azizi Developments, a premier Dubai-based real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Real Estate Agency Manager with expertise in the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization selling iconic developments such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice.

Job Overview

The Real Estate Agency Manager will focus on expanding Azizi Developments’ reach across the US real estate market. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing relationships with agency partners to boost property sales and promote Azizi’s luxury real estate portfolio to American investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional training sessions, presentations, and marketing materials to real estate agencies and agents
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with agency partners across the USA
- Serve as the primary liaison for all agency-related communications and project updates
- Organize and lead property sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings in the US market
- Conduct thorough market research to provide actionable insights on buyer trends, investment behavior, and competitive positioning
- Handle operational challenges, escalate major issues when necessary, and maintain agency satisfaction
- Provide regular performance and activity reports for agency partners to senior management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing, sales, and operational alignment

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma/certification in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing real estate agencies or international property sales accounts
- Solid knowledge and prior experience working with US real estate markets and investors is required

Skills:
- Strong understanding of the US real estate industry dynamics and client preferences
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong business development mindset and ability to drive revenue growth
- Multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
