Job Overview
As a Sales Manager focused on the Latin American market, you will be instrumental in expanding Azizi Developments\' high-end client base. You will use your network and relationship management skills to build trust, close deals, and offer tailored property solutions to affluent individuals and investors from Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Azizi’s exclusive portfolio of ultra-luxury developments to high-net-worth clients
- Build strong relationships with Latin American investors, corporate clients, and brokers
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, exhibitions, and digital engagement
- Conduct property presentations and site tours with potential buyers
- Prepare and present tailored investment proposals to individual and institutional clients
- Ensure excellent client service and relationship management throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, prospects, and clients
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and investment opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (Real Estate, Venture Capital, Luxury Goods, Private Equity, Financial Services, Luxury Hospitality, or Luxury Event Planning)
- Previous experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals from the Latin American market is highly preferred
- Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
Skills:
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships
- CRM proficiency and good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
