Based in Dubai, this role will contribute to some of our most iconic developments, including Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice, by delivering exceptional interior design solutions from concept to execution.

Job Overview
The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior spaces for luxury high-rise and residential projects. The role involves managing design concepts, overseeing finishing works, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and UAE building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and high-rise projects focusing on space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
- Oversee the execution of all finishing works, ensuring quality, material selection, and installation meet design specifications
- Coordinate closely with architects, contractors, project managers, and suppliers to translate design concepts into reality
- Provide technical expertise on the selection of materials, furnishings, and finishes suitable for high-end residential construction
- Ensure all interior work complies with UAE regulations and building codes
- Promote sustainable and innovative design practices aligned with current industry trends
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and detailed drawings to communicate design intent effectively
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay updated with new materials and technologies
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a senior position
- Proven experience in finishing works for large-scale residential and high-rise projects in the UAE
- Prior experience working with contracting companies and on luxury residential projects is highly desirable
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools for presentations and client approvals
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to design quality
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of sustainable and modern interior design trends
