Senior Procurement Manager – Lead Strategic Procurement Projects in UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement initiatives, potentially managing other category leads and workstreams
- Engage with executive-level and client-level stakeholders, fostering strong relationships
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, ensuring goals are met and progress is effectively monitored
- Oversee category management and leadership, driving excellence in procurement practices
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide leadership, performance management, and talent development for procurement teams
- Conduct due diligence and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and company processes
- Lead process optimization and performance improvements in commercial and procurement activities
- Develop and implement procurement plans, ensuring timely delivery of objectives in challenging situations
- Collaborate with teams to promote and implement sustainable practices, contributing to net zero carbon transition
- Ensure that procurement activities are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval)
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and leading complex procurement strategies
- End-to-end strategy development and execution skills
Preferred Skills
- GCSE or equivalent qualification
- A level or equivalent qualification
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
