What Skills Are Needed for a Soft Skills Trainer in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in delivering soft skills training in real estate, construction, or similar sectors
- Exposure to corporate learning and leadership development programs
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certification in Coaching, Training Delivery, or Instructional Design
Training Skills:
