Source to Pay Associate Accountant – Finance and Accounting (Cairo, Egypt)
Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Source to Pay Associate Accountant in Cairo to support accounts payable operations within its shared services finance division. This role will ensure timely vendor payments, accurate account reconciliations, and compliance with internal financial controls.

What Does a Source to Pay Associate Accountant Do?
A Source to Pay Associate Accountant manages accounts payable transactions, vendor account maintenance, and invoice processing. The role also supports financial statement preparation, ensures policy compliance, and collaborates with internal departments for efficient operations.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Support the closure of vendor payable transactions and manage related documentation
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts within policy guidelines
- Review departmental payment requests to ensure alignment with finance procedures
- Process invoice bookings, goods receipts, and payment entries as instructed
- Review and validate travel and expense claims in line with reimbursement policies
- Monitor aging reports and resolve discrepancies in vendor balances
- Address supplier inquiries and escalate issues when required
- Assist with maintaining accurate records for audits and financial reporting

Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year in accounts payable or finance-related roles
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
