Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is hiring a Talent Management Specialist to support its Human Capital service delivery function in Cairo, Egypt. This role contributes to implementing and maintaining talent processes such as performance management, succession planning, and critical role identification using SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

What Does a Talent Management Specialist Do?
The Talent Management Specialist ensures the efficient execution of backend talent processes and provides data-driven support to HR teams across Majid Al Futtaim Operating Companies. This includes coordinating projects, managing reports, supporting employee development planning, and optimizing system workflows to enhance talent performance operations.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Administer end-to-end talent processes on SuccessFactors, including performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning workflows
- Coordinate communications and manage digital content for Talent Management initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and OpCos to support ongoing performance and development programs
- Act as project coordinator for assigned initiatives and maintain structured documentation and progress tracking
- Generate regular and ad-hoc talent reports within agreed SLA timelines
- Provide continuous support in improving talent performance frameworks through data analysis and research
- Act as the focal point between shared services and business units for Talent Management-related queries
- Manage administrative responsibilities for the HC Shared Services function
What Skills Are Needed for a Talent Management Role in Cairo?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR systems or Talent Management processes
- Experience with SuccessFactors is highly preferred
- Familiarity with performance reviews, succession planning, and talent analytics
Skills:
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced HR shared services environment
