Customer Relations Executive – Emirati Talent | Post-Handover Support

Majid Al Futtaim Properties is looking for a UAE National to join as a Customer Relations Executive, focused on managing customer support during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) across our property portfolio. This position plays a critical role in post-handover issue resolution and customer satisfaction across the UAE.

What Does a Customer Relations Executive Do?

The Customer Relations Executive acts as the first point of contact for homeowners and tenants during the Defects Liability Period, ensuring effective resolution of post-handover concerns through coordinated communication with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Serve as the key liaison for all customer complaints and queries related to the Defects Liability Period
- Conduct in-person meetings and provide feedback to customers regarding the status of their issues
- Oversee case resolution within agreed SLAs, tracking progress from initiation to closure
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with DLP teams and contractors for inspections and repairs
- Keep detailed records of interactions, maintain CRM updates, and provide regular case status to customers
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth resolution of issues
- Generate DLP performance reports and highlight common issues and areas for process improvement
- Contribute to the enhancement of customer experience and overall DLP handling procedures

What Skills Are Needed for a CRM Role in Dubai?

Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management

Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of DLP processes and construction standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high service quality
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Soft Skills:
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Organizational agility and ability to coordinate across departments under pressure
