Leisure & Entertainment Brand Manager – Strategy, Campaigns & Customer Experience

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies for its Leisure & Entertainment division. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on ensuring consistent brand alignment across all customer touchpoints and marketing activities to enhance awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

What Does a Brand Manager Do in Leisure & Entertainment?

The Brand Manager supports the implementation of branding strategies, oversees campaign planning, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. This role plays a key part in driving customer loyalty, competitive positioning, and the delivery of engaging brand experiences.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies across leisure and entertainment assets
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Conduct market research to track customer trends, competitive performance, and brand perception
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity and alignment
- Support the creation of marketing content for social media, websites, brochures, and in-venue materials
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend optimizations
- Work with operations to ensure on-site branding reflects approved guidelines and enhances the customer journey
- Contribute to the implementation of global branding best practices within the business

What Skills Are Needed for a Brand Manager Role in Dubai?

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:
- 5+ years in brand management or marketing, preferably in leisure, entertainment, hospitality, or retail industries

Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategy
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, branding tools, and campaign analytics
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills
