Al-Futtaim Group is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to represent its luxury watch brands in-store. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about retail sales, have a keen interest in high-end timepieces, and are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience through product knowledge and service
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
* Operate the POS system accurately and assist in training others on its usage
* Handle customer concerns professionally at the point of sale
* Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, fitting room order, and merchandise displays
* Support in pricing, labeling, and promotional execution
* Replenish stock as required and assist with inventory counting
* Cover for the Store Manager as needed, supporting operations and security procedures
* Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies

Requirements:

Education:

* High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred

Experience:

* 4 to 5 years of experience in luxury or watch retail
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a customer-facing retail role

Skills:

* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* High energy, customer-centric mindset, and a professional demeanor
* Ability to stand for extended hours and manage stock replenishment tasks
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
* Strong organizational skills and punctuality
