Store Manager – Fashion Retail Operations
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales for one of its major fashion brands. This role focuses on delivering a high-performing retail environment by maximizing profitability, mentoring team members, and upholding operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee store performance, meeting sales, profitability, and shrinkage targets
* Lead, train, and develop staff to enhance customer experience and product knowledge
* Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards and in-store presentation
* Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent service delivery and team supervision
* Conduct daily briefings and weekly meetings to communicate store performance and targets
* Monitor stock levels, in-store stock movements, returns, and replenishment
* Manage compliance with loss prevention, health and safety, and company policies
* Review performance reports and implement strategic initiatives to improve results
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
* High school diploma required; further education preferred
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team and drive profitability
* Background in fashion retail or branded retail environment is highly desirable
Skills:
* Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Working knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Ability to handle physical demands, including standing for extended hours
