This role involves coordinating meetings, following up on departmental action plans, and maintaining effective communication and documentation.

Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant – Customer Happiness Department will assist in organizing departmental meetings, tracking project progress, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring timely execution of departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring and following up on departmental action plans and report delays to management
- Arrange meetings with internal and external parties, ensuring all logistical requirements are met
- Organize and support department events in collaboration with concerned departments
- Maintain and manage minutes of meetings and follow up on assigned tasks as per management instructions
- Perform daily administrative duties in accordance with RTA’s procedures
- Track and coordinate the progress of projects assigned to the department, ensuring alignment with approved plans
- Maintain training records for department staff and coordinate with relevant parties for training activities
- Prepare monthly reports for management highlighting action plan progress and achievements
- Perform other administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned by the department leadership

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
- High School Certificate

Experience:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in a recognized organization

Skills:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking); Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Effective communicator and active listener
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Resourceful and able to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
