We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP & UI5 Developer with advanced technical knowledge in ABAP, SAP UI5, OData, and SAP MCF. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience with S/4HANA and a passion for building scalable, high-performance SAP applications.

What Does an SAP ABAP & UI5 Developer Do?
An SAP ABAP & UI5 Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP applications using ABAP, UI5, and OData services. This role supports omnichannel architecture through SAP MCF and requires expertise in both backend and frontend SAP development.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Develop custom SAP applications using ABAP OOP, UI5, and SAP Web IDE
- Design and maintain OData services via SAP Gateway for seamless integration
- Configure and implement Form Bundles and Smart/Adobe Forms
- Integrate with SAP Multi-Channel Foundation (MCF) for cross-platform services
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning across modules
- Work with CDS Views, AMDP, and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
- Support ALE/IDoc communication and SAP Workflow enhancements
- Utilize development tools like SAP HANA Studio, Eclipse, and Git/SAP TMS
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
- Contribute to Agile development cycles and DevOps initiatives
What Skills Are Needed for an SAP ABAP & UI5 Developer Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
- Proven expertise in UI5/Fiori applications and SAP S/4HANA environments
Technical Skills:
- ABAP OOP, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP model
- UI5/Fiori development and Fiori Launchpad theming
- OData creation and management with SAP Gateway
- Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, ALE/IDoc, SAP Workflow
- SAP MCF for omnichannel application integration
- Development tools: SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, SAP Business Application Studio
- Version control: Git, SAP Transport Management System
Preferred Qualifications:
