Digital Marketing Specialist

Join the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai as a Digital Marketing Specialist and contribute to promoting one of the UAE\'s most innovative government entities. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead online marketing initiatives, secure prominent media placements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance RTA’s digital presence.

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: Estimated AED 18,000 - AED 24,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including email and newsletter marketing, to promote RTA initiatives
- Secure editorial placements across major online portals such as Yahoo, AOL, and MSN
- Support web development efforts, including micro-sites and web functionality projects
- Build and nurture relationships with key bloggers, digital magazines, and online media outlets
- Monitor emerging digital technologies and recommend innovative strategies
- Plan and execute web-based projects in collaboration with internal RTA teams
- Promote RTA’s digital content offerings, including blogs, online videos, and widgets
- Collect and analyze performance data of promotional campaigns using tools like Google Trends and BlogPulse
- Coordinate with IT for content delivery and technical execution from concept to launch

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing from a recognized university (Master’s degree preferred)

Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in digital marketing and media relations, preferably in an international organization

Skills:
- Strong planning, organizational, and detail orientation skills
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and blogging ecosystems
- Proficiency with Google Adwords, Radian, and digital measurement tools
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic work environment
- Goal-driven leadership and proven ability to coach teams toward high performance
