Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

* Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements with internal stakeholders

* Lead process mapping and support cross-departmental solution design
* Facilitate requirements workshops and align deliverables with business goals

System Implementation & Support

* Coordinate system design, configuration, testing, and deployment with internal teams and vendors
* Act as the primary liaison with Managed Service Providers for support and system optimization
* Participate in change management processes and assist with user training

Testing & Quality Assurance

* Create test cases and perform functional and system-level testing
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure system stability post-deployment

Project Management & Documentation

* Contribute to IT project execution using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMI-aligned methods
* Maintain accurate documentation including user guides, SOPs, and training materials

Job Requirements

Education

* Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in business systems analysis in IT-heavy environments
* Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is a significant advantage
* Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools
* PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certification preferred
