You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions and help drive innovation and performance improvements for clients in the UAE and across the region.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead consulting, audit, or advisory engagements, managing deliverables, timelines, and client expectations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across public and private sector stakeholders
- Oversee project execution and cross-functional collaboration across Deloitte’s service lines
- Provide insight-driven recommendations for client growth, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and leadership
- Support regional business development initiatives and contribute to proposals and pitches
- Stay current with local and global trends, regulations, and Deloitte’s quality standards
What Skills Are Needed for a Manager Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant master’s degree or certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CISA preferred
Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, audit, or professional services
- Strong experience working with clients in the GCC or international markets
- Proven track record of delivering successful client projects and managing teams
Skills:
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial systems, or regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset
