What Does a BIM Modeler - Revit and Navisworks Expert Do?
- Create and manage Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Maintain model accuracy and ensure clash-free coordination across all disciplines
- Follow BIM workflows, naming conventions, and ISO 19650 standards
- Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP engineers for integrated designs
- Conduct clash detection and lead coordination meetings
- Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from the model
- Update models during design and construction phases, and finalize as-built models
