This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to prestigious hospitality and waterfront projects such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice.

Job Overview
The Junior Architect will assist in developing innovative design concepts, producing high-quality 3D models, and supporting the design team in delivering world-class hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset to contribute effectively to high-profile developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and project goals
- Prepare 3D models, conceptual drawings, and visualizations using Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp
- Conduct research on materials, industry trends, and design precedents to enhance project proposals
- Collaborate closely with visualization and design teams to produce compelling presentations
- Integrate team and client feedback to refine and improve design concepts
- Maintain organized project documentation, drawings, and reference materials
- Support the Head of Concept – Hospitality in daily design activities and project coordination
- Stay updated on hospitality design principles, focusing on guest experience, operational functionality, and aesthetics
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Experience:
- 2–4 years of professional architectural experience, preferably with exposure to hospitality projects
- Previous experience working in fast-paced design studios or real estate environments is an advantage
Skills:
- Proficient in Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- Strong freehand sketching and hand-drawing skills for quick idea visualization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design quality and functionality
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to contribute to a team-focused environment
- Familiarity with hospitality design standards, guest experience design, and space planning is preferred
