Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customer-centric journeys across business functions and customer touchpoints.
- Optimize complex operational processes using data analytics, automation, and process re-engineering techniques.
- Identify process bottlenecks and pain points, re-engineering them for cost efficiency and improved customer experience.
- Analyze existing business processes concerning compliance, productivity, quality, and costs.
- Oversee the implementation of business process improvement initiatives and monitor changes for effectiveness.
- Conduct data analysis to resolve business problems and provide actionable insights.
- Drive operational and cost efficiencies by leveraging data analytics.
- Implement Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking across business verticals to assess customer loyalty and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in business, operations, or customer experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process re-engineering, business transformation, or customer experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data and trend analysis.
- Experience in CRM and financial data systems, with knowledge of NPS programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and implement strategic improvements.
