As we deliver landmark developments such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice, we need exceptional visual storytellers who can bring architectural concepts to life through advanced 3D rendering and immersive design presentations.

What Does a Visualizer Architect Do?
As a Visualizer Architect, you will transform conceptual designs into compelling visual assets that communicate our creative vision with clarity and impact. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and developers to generate high-quality visualizations, photorealistic renderings, and VR-ready models that support Azizi’s iconic projects.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for both interior and exterior architecture
- Use 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona or equivalent tools to produce photorealistic imagery
- Assist in developing architectural concepts and mood boards with strong storytelling
- Collaborate with the Head of Concept and other design professionals to refine visual direction
- Ensure consistency in materiality, lighting, and detailing across visual assets
- Deliver animations, walkthroughs, and immersive VR content for presentations
- Manage rendering workflow efficiently to meet tight project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and visualization techniques
- Support the team with visual assets required for competitions, approvals, and sales kits
What Skills Are Needed for a Visualizer Architect Role in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related design field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural visualization
- Proven portfolio with high-quality visualizations of real estate, interiors, and master planning concepts
Technical Competencies:
- Advanced skills in 3ds Max and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit for accurate modeling and integration with design workflows
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production
- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and camera setup for visual realism
- Ability to optimize heavy models for performance without sacrificing quality
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented, with a strong design sensibility
