Majid Al Futtaim Properties is looking for a Customer Service Officer to support the daily execution of customer service operations within one of its flagship malls under the Asset Management Business Unit. Based in Dubai, this role ensures top-tier customer satisfaction and smooth front-desk functioning while promoting mall services and offerings.

What Does a Customer Service Officer Do?
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for mall visitors, providing information, resolving queries, and delivering a memorable guest experience. The role supports customer engagement programs, handles service desks, and ensures service quality aligns with Majid Al Futtaim’s brand standards.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Maintain strong knowledge of mall facilities, store locations, promotions, and events
- Assist customers at the information desk by providing directions and helpful support
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and in-person professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns following service protocols and SLAs
- Support the implementation of mall-specific programs, including Gift Card initiatives
- Ensure proper handling of payments and adherence to customer service policies
- Work under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor and Team Leader
- Contribute to the improvement of service delivery through active participation
What Skills Are Needed for a Customer Service Role in Dubai?
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within shopping centers, luxury hotels, or hospitality environments in the GCC or abroad
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high visitor volumes
- Knowledge of mall operations, front desk systems, and service delivery practices
- Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Arabic are a plus
